WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate will embody our competitive spirit, be humbly opinionated and have a strong desire to help business owners achieve success in generating leads.
You should have a proven track record as an elite sales performer with integrity, positive mojo (and a healthy dose of humor).
You’ll have the freedom to work from home and be part of an ELITE team and make a significant recurring income while making a difference.
You’ll be trained in advanced digital marketing and sales strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responding to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (phone, email, Facebook messenger, etc.)
* Interview, qualify and screen potential clients for our Proprietary lead generation System
* Consistently close a high percentage of qualified leads
* Be willing and available to take 20+ hours of calls per week
* Be willing to prospect 100 leads a day
* Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company
* Maintain company records and tracking systems.
* Attend meetings and training
* Meet and exceed company set quotas.
YOU SHOULD:
* Be an “A” Player and have the drive to excel at everything you do
* Have big goals, a big WHY and the grit to get it done.
* Have proven sales experience (30% close rate), preferably in digital marketing, b2b services or value-based marketing
* Be a people person who enjoys interacting with others for long periods of times through various media, including video calls and prospecting, telephone calls, live events, social media and various software platforms
* Have excellent follow-up, time management and consultative/digital marketing selling skills
* Desire to challenge yourself, make a difference and be part of an elite team!
* Have an outstanding work ethic, be able to follow structure and company systems.
* Be flexible and adapt easily to change
* Be coachable, trainable, and willing to learn to improve
* Have high integrity and values the align with the core values of the company
* Have your own computer, reliable internet, phone and a quiet workspace.
* Be willing to provide references
